Retro microphone on color backgroundOrchard is pleased to announce that we are trying a new way to share LIS stories, LIS tips and tricks, and all things LIS-related in our upcoming podcast series. The series is named The LIS Connection, referring to Orchard’s connection to our customers and the connectivity importance of the LIS.

The first episode we have planned is focused on our Customer Care Team. Ken Dawson, Orchard’s Manager of Customer Advocacy, will travel to Jefferson City, Missouri to interview the Aaron Hendrickson, the Chief Information Officer at Jefferson City Medical Group.

Jefferson City Medical Group has been a long-term partner with Orchard and has more recently been able to take advantage of Orchard’s Customer Care Program. Orchard’s Customer Care Team provides an added layer of proactive oversight for customers that are experiencing challenges. The interview delves into their experience with Orchard’s Customer Care Team and how Jefferson City is meeting their organizational goals.

Ideas for future topics include cloud-hosted LIS security and implementation, and system setup tips from our Field Implementation Analysts. So, stay tuned and look out for more information on Orchard’s upcoming podcast, The LIS Connection.
